Tip 1 : To start using the matchmaker service
you can type MM to the short code
32525 and you will be guided through the whole registration process.

Tip 2 : If you send the command
MM ? with any of the matchmaker commands you can get help on that
particular topic. For example MM ? MINE will
give you information on how to enter your profile.

Tip 3 : If you need an example on how to enter a
specific command, you can use the SMS Help page
or Type the command MM EX with any of the
matchmaker commands to get an example.

Tip 4 : You can register more than one nickname
onto your Mobile phone number and use the ACCESS
command to switch between nicknames and also the SENDFROM
command to send messages from a particular nickname.

Tip 5 : To Enter more information or details on
YOUR profile or PARTNER profile
use the SMS Command Help tool to enter more
criteria to help format the text message.

Tip 6 : To stop receiving messages from a
particular user you can use the BLOCK sms
command to block that user. To start accepting messages again from the same
user you can use the UNBLOCK command.

Tip 7 : Use the DEREG
command (MM DEREG <Nickname>) to
deregister a particular nickname to stop using it.

Tip 8 : You can use the NEXT
and PREVIOUS command to see more of your
matches after the first 5 matches displayed on your phone.

Tip 9 : Uploading your photos onto the Matchmaker
website will provide a better opportunity of getting noticed and receiving
messages.

Tip 10 : Don’t ask for a PARTNER’s
phone number in the first text message. You have to soften the ‘blow’ by
getting to know him/her first and ask casually after exchanging pleasantries.

Tip 11 : Entering your profile in full gives you a
better chance of a perfect match when your profile is searched, because there’s
someone out there who wants to know a bit more than the surface ;)

Tip 12 : If you don’t remember your nickname, type
the command MM WHO and send to
32525.
